Bunch of thieves !! They repossessed my car and kept everything in my car except my kids car seat that they left outside of their dealership in the back full of filth and smelt like cat pee. I had to of personal belongings in the vehicle that they kept and told me all there was in the vehicle was the car seat, BUNCH OF LYING PEOPLE ! These people are horrible , especially lupita who is very rude and will not help out with anything . Worst dealership ever . Don't come here .

Had the best experience with Martin and Lupita! They were amazing and so fast! I highly recommend this if you are looking to purchase a car! This was my first time purchasing and they answered alllll my questions!!

I definitely DO NOT recommend getting a vehicle here unless you pay the car full so you don't have to deal with these people . The people that work here are so unprofessional. I got a 2014 Mercedes Benz c250 in August 2024. I put down $5,000 for a down payment. They taxed the heck out of me for this car but I was very desperate and in need for a car as I was a single mother with 2 kids. The car is worth 6k but they sold the car to me for 10k which is not even worth 10k.

They provided a temp license plate . 30 days passed and I was not able to get a license plate because the vehicle was not registered in my name . Called them multiple times trying to reach someone to help me with this situation as my temp license was expired. Every single time I call they advised they will call back BUT NEVER DO ! I CONTINOUSLY had to call them . Finally got assistance and they told me I had to bring in my car so they can take it to get the emissions completed. As I brought my car to the dealership, they were not able to complete the emissions test because my engine light was on ( was on when I purchased the car ) . They advised they had to take my car to fix the issue because the engine light needed to be off to pass emissions in order for me to get the car registered in my name .
They had my car for two weeks . During the 2 weeks I called multiple times trying to get an update because no one helped out with letting me know anything about my car .
Once they completed the issue I came to the dealership to pickup the car . They made me follow them to the MVD to register my name to the vehicle. We literally had to go back and forth from the dealership to the MVD because they had different mileage numbers on the paper and the MVD did not approve . So someone else from the dealership had to show up to the MVD .

Skip forward to a few months later . Was late on a couple payments . Mind you they sent me in mail the actual legal title to the car while still making payments ???? I made a small payment on 2/6/25. The day after they repossessed my car ( Friday 2/7/25). All day I was calling them multiple times to get my car back as I attempted to make another payment but my account was suspended. Called the car financal place , they advised me the dealership was in charge of the situation. Finally got a hold of someone from the dealership which was the general manager Joel who was so unprofessional and did not care to show any type of concern to my situation. He advised he would call back by end of day with information but never did . I had to wait all weekend . Monday comes and I spoke with a Ericka. She advised I had to contact car financal to get the info I needed to get my car back . Called car financal, they apologized but told me they can no nothing because the dealership was in charge of this situation as they needed to reinstate my car to have me pay my fees

Spoke with a lady named lupita who told me I had to pay my pass due and the repo fee in order to get my vehicle back .
I advised I should have the money within the next week. 10 business days later I called the dealership to pay my past due and repo fee . Spoke with lupita, she advised because it had been over 10 days which is incorrect that the car might be up for auction and that if I wanted to get the car back I needed to now pay the car in full . WHICH WAS RIDICULOUS! I told her I had the whole $1400 to pay back for all the fees .She told me they did not want to reinstate my vehicle in order to let me pay my fees to get my car back . Lupita advised she was the supervisor and the manager as I requested to speak to someone higher up .
Do not waste your time with these people . They are SCANDALOUS .

EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALLED I would get the feeling that I was being discriminated because I didn't speak Spanish . These people are definitely doing shady business .

Jorge and lupita worked really hard to get me in a car and approved and happy with a great vehicle thank you guys so much most definitely recommend you to come see them both

Very great salesman helped alot and made sure i drove out with something great guy jorge flores
