$175ea or $300 for both! Purchased at $225ea Like new, used for only two months in my office but decided to get a futon for guests instead. More expensive to ship back, decided to sell. Smoke free home Couch disassembles!! Like legos!! Backrest and arm rest unhooks and legs screw off PERFECT for small apartments/studio apartments or for office spaces/guest rooms. Measurements in photos. Like new, no noticeable wear and tear. No stains and fabric is still very soft and velvet-y. Disclaimer: One couch did come with a small rip under the cushion when being shipped, but I had sewn up immediately and it has not gotten worse while sitting on it. Seems to be fine :) Will update listing with photos of actual couch and of the sewn up tear when I am back home. Message with questions serious inquiries only please!
