This is a 2007 Rockwood pop-up that is equipped with a full size bed on one end and a twin size on the other. Has a working sink for water hookup and a reserve tank that runs off battery for remote or off grid camping. This unit has recently been remodeled with upgrades such as a brand new portable air conditioning unit to work along with factory unit to keep extra cool during hot summer months, new flooring (with brand new box for future replacement), reinforced flooring to eliminate soft spots in floor, wood stain on kitchen table and counter spaces, fresh white paint job on all wood areas, extremely high quality memory foam mattresses for both beds, newly installed door latch with lock and key, freshly cleaned and ready for summer travel, and water tight seal on exterior to prevent possible leaks. Great little unit to take weekend trips while hunting, fishing, or riding ATV’s. My family of 4 has even camped in it for a whole week in Gulf Shores. Has a clean title and registration that can be transferred into your name with acquired tags at the DMV office.
