Great dealership!! If in need of a used car this is the place to go! My stepdad (aka * papa 😊)  took my daughter last week and being the AMAZING LOVING human he is taking me today after totaling mine last week. Sam was the amazing friendly straight forward, No b.s. guy we needed and Rob was nothing short of great. come check them out.. you won't regret it!!!!  The cars are fairly priced and everyone leaves happy and with a grateful heart.

Run away from this dealer. They are a fraud. Sold me a car that started showing check engine light the moment I drove it off their yard. The next day the engine oil was leaking. Keep in mind they lied the car was 145000 miles as that was what showed up on the dashboard.
I tried to return the car the next day but they won’t give me my money back. Instead forced me to pick a 216000 miles car which also had problems. The moment I drove it to car wash, I discovered water was getting into the car. Now they’re refusing to pick my calls. Very shady people to do business with.

Got a 2012 Malibu yesterday. Rob was blunt and straight forward didn't waste our time. My son got what he wanted at the price I wanted

Be VERY careful with this business. They're not operating in an ethical way. My car was basically trash. I didn't even make it home from the dealership before it started shaking, smelling burnt, etc. My mechanic said that the leaks alone he discovered were several thousand dollars worth of repair cost. Transmission needed work, too. I ended up trading it in at a loss as I needed a reliable car.

I asked Sam to take the car back or compensate financially - he did neither.

I have lost several thousand dollars. Before you buy here, make sure that you:

1) Run Carfax on the vehicle (mine revealed - afterwards - that the odometer had been rolled back by 100,000 miles!).
2) Read the small print on each page. I was too naive to take them at their word.
3) Have a mechanic check out the car before you buy it (don't use a mechanic they recommend).

I'm also shocked by how many people here have had very similar experiences. For this reason, I'm gathering information and submitting everything to the authorities, attorneys, etc.

I do take responsibility for signing paperwork that apparently hinted at some issues. But if this was a decent car business, I'd expect more honest disclosure and transparency about the actual state of the cars they're selling. Sam's Motor Group describes itself as selling "Quality pre-owned vehicles." This is not the case.

Too many people have gotten cheated by them. It hurts to read all these stories here. Let's do something about it.

Rob was amazing an outstanding salesman extremely thorough handled me with professionalism and sensitivity. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. He’s extremely nice & makes the process extremely easy and definitely the best experience I’ve had in a very long time… I love my car it’s like a brand new car! Love my Nissan Altima!!!
