Each item is from a well known trade designer and all items are brand new and never used. You will need to come pick this item up, however, we will have access to a freight elevator to bring them down to loading -- so fairly simple. This lounge chair was purchased for $4,875 plus tax and shipping -- which came to $5,593.76 from the invoice that was provided to us. The color is a crush velvet mandarin orange. It is very soft, luxurious, and comfortable. Would rival any arm or lounge chair from any high end designer like Roche Bobois or Restoration Hardware RH, DWR, etc.
