All I can say is good things about my experience with this dealership. Jay was very nice and honest throughout the entire transaction. All the employees at Your Choice Auto are wonderful. I never thought I would be leaving feeling this happy from a dealership. I 100% recommend people to buy their vehicles here I got a 2017 Chevy Equinox LT AWD

I have honestly nothing bad to say about this dealership, my husband bought the 2023 white audi q5, I wanted to say the nice guy that went on the test drive with him is the whole reason he bought it! He showed him all the features, gave good direction, and cool options to pick from. He is definitely the reason for the sale and why we bought it. No doubt ill be coming back!

I went to them in 2019 to get my first car and now it was time to get something new.. Went in and had the greatest help from Abraham and Gus! This is now my second car from this place and when it’s time to get something else I’ll be back again. I really appreciated the way they took care of me, and I know some reviews say they got a car with issues but my babe runs amazing. Both the first time and this recent visit, I left the lot with a fully functional car. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Meet Belle 🥰

This place is the definition of a sleazy car dealership. I went to see a red 2020 Camry (14k), and the description and photos were completely misleading compared to the actual condition of the car.

here are the highlights:

- The owner yelled at me for not wanting to pay full price for the Camry.

- A sales associate, right in front of me, tried pushing the bumper in and gluing the exterior rear window trim back on. I even saw the in-house mechanic try and fail to glue it properly.

- There was a rust hole on the back of the trunk, it would need to be sanded down, treated, and repainted.

- The hood wouldn’t stay open, two sales associates had to hold it up while I inspected the engine.

- A check engine light was on, and the sales associate casually told me, “That’s common.”

- I heard a wheezing sound while test driving the car.

Now, you might be wondering: Why even waste your time on this car? It sounds like an instant no. Fair question. The reason is, I was helping a friend who was comfortable fixing the car, as long as they could get it for a fair price.

During negotiations, I listed all of the car’s issues. I was okay with the mechanical problems, I brought my OBD2 reader and verified the codes. And had a pre-purchase inspection (the car needed a full maintenance repairs and a lift). What I wasn't okay with was the yelling, the gaslighting, and the way they completely dismissed serious cosmetic damage that would need part replacements.

I get it, it’s sales. You don’t have to accept my offer. But the lack of professionalism is wild.

My advice to anyone thinking of buying a car here:

1.Don’t.

2.Don’t trust any “repairs” they say they’ll do. Gluing trim isn’t a repair, it’s a red flag.

3. Educate yourself on the car you’re shopping for and its common problems.

4. Always get a pre-purchase inspection.

5. Read #1 again.

P.S. I'm getting into cars myself and have some idea of how to fix certain issues. Please educate yourself, or at the very least, get a pre-purchase inspection from an independent shop a few miles away. It might cost you upfront, but future car troubles are far worse.

Blatant False Advertising, Deception, and Complete Lack of Integrity.

This place is a scam, plain and simple.

I usually don’t take the time to write long reviews, but this experience was so dishonest and frustrating that I feel a responsibility to warn others.

I bought a vehicle from this dealership based on their false advertising. The listing clearly stated the car had Bluetooth and remote start — both lies. The Bluetooth doesn’t work, the remote start is non-functional, and to top it off, they didn’t even provide the original key. The car only unlocks if I’m basically standing right next to it, and sometimes it doesn’t detect the key at all. The back door gets stuck. These aren’t minor issues — they’re signs of a vehicle that was not properly inspected or was knowingly misrepresented.

When I confronted the owner, Mike, he acted like they were going to make things right. He said they’d look into it and take care of the problems. That was a lie too. After that initial conversation, they went completely silent. Calls and texts were ignored. I had to physically go to the dealership 6 to 8 times just to get any kind of response where i was told I had to pay for the key fob and the $600 unconnect system just to have Bluetooth in my car.

This isn’t just bad customer service — it’s a business model built on deception. They sold me a broken vehicle, made empty promises, and then vanished when it was time to be accountable.

Don’t fall for their friendly sales pitch. Once they have your money, they do not care. Avoid this dealership at all costs. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and completely untrustworthy.
