1950 Spartan Royal Mansion. $4000 obo (best offer not insulting) This one hurts to sell but it’s just been sitting and life has gotten in the way and I’d rather it go to a good home than sit here and “wait” for me to get to it. We got this almost 3 years ago. Had many plans for it but realized it was a project that needed more time. The gentleman we got it from said he worked at Hughes aircraft and this was “supposedly” Howard Hughes personal Royal mansion. I tried to do some research on it but can’t seem to find a lot of information about Hughes owning a ‘50. But the lore is attached now and it’s pretty amazing. This has amazing bones, it definitely need LOVE. Has a few windows missing Needs a tire. The tube tires have been holding air since we brought it home. Just needs one more. Does the electrical work? No. Does it have a title? No Is it available? YES Will I trade? No This Spartan is a piece of history and I don’t want it to die waiting for me to get to it.
