Purchased for our 8 year old daughter about 2 years ago. The trundle bed has only been used once. The main bed has only been lightly used. Both mattresses have always had protective covers. They are like new with no accidents or spills. The frame has surface scratches (no gouges) that could easily be touched up with paint. The bed is broken down and ready for easy transport.
