Martin 000X1AE Custom X Acoustic Electric Guitar

Up for sale is my BEAUTIFUL Martin 0000X1AE Acoustic Electric Guitar This guitar is only a year old and in mint condition with no visible flaws or marks. I had it set-up by my luthier who got the action super low, making it one of the best playing acoustic guitars I've ever put my hands on.  The best part, however, is the sound. This guitar is the epitome of the signature "Martin sound" that everyone talks about. I've played it back to back with $2000 guitars and it's not even close. This is definitely the best guitar you could buy for under $500. The only reason I'm selling is because I bought myself a Martin custom shop guitar and I made a compromise with myself that I'd sell my other acoustics. I just put brand new Martin 12 gauge strings on it. I paid $599 for this guitar just one year ago. It's never even left my house. It's always been in a case with a humidifier.
