First starting off by thanking Anthony and the team for making the process easy. I told Anthony thank you for not coming at me as a sales person first, but as someone who was actually there to help me. I told him if not, I would’ve walked away tbh. Great customer service cos they all worked with me no matter what I needed and asked. No problems at all he is a great young man! Eduardo was very helpful throughout the process.  Travelled quite a ways for the desired vehicle, he made sure I had plenty of photos and videos sent directly to me before making the drive. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a used car or truck.

**update**
I had to wait to purchase because they were “fixing an exhaust  leak.” So 24 hours into the truck and check engine light comes on. P430 code. I drive it back 2 hours for them to fix it because they said the repair shop warranties their work. This time they said they replaced a sensor and it’s fixed. I was able to pick up my truck after a week. Then 24 hours after the repair the check engine light comes back on, same code. They won’t tell me who is doing the repairs or what exactly they are repairing. When they told me I was not allowed to get the vehicle inspected by a licensed mechanic prior to purchase I should have walked out.

Buy with caution.

recently visited Carr master’s automotive on July 3, 2025, to look for a new car. The dealership had a modern, clean layout. The staff were friendly and welcoming.  My salesperson was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle. One minor issue was the wait time for the finance manager, but Carlos kept me informed and comfortable. Overall, Carr masters automotive provided an excellent car-buying experience. I highly recommend them for their customer service and vehicle selection.

It was a fun experience everyone was so nice and helpful. Special shoutout to Jocelyn, helped us out right away as soon as we got here, was always attentive and friendly. Thanks for my new car! :)

Went to many dealership and by far Carr master is beyond first place out of top 5 in oc from what data I drafted, right away yesenia and sonia educated me and helped me choose the perfect car for me and my dog.
