SOLD AS! ASAP. Both units work well, never had had any issues in the 2.5 years since I purchased my home. Ive done regular routine maintenance on it. Last done August 2025. Only reason we're selling. Is we removed and replaced all of the original Air ducts in the home and financed brand new units. The condenser has about 1/4 or more of its life. The AC Technician said that could be 3 or More years if we'll maintained. The Air Hnadler was in the garage, it does have a significant amount of dirt and mold on the inside. It needs a decent cleaning put putting on it back on. In hindsight it works great and haven't ever had any issues. My AC bills are typically around 150 in the winter and 230 in the summer. I work from home and use the AC daily all day every day and never in 2.5 years have had any issues. All if our concerns were with the air ducts which were damaged and pinched off in the addict the moisture from the damaged cause condensation and mold. Asking for a fair and reduced price on the Handler.
