Description
In good condition. Painted white. Domed top. Closely-woven dove arms. Thick reed latticework at back and under arms. Closely-woven skirting. Two-ply braiding outlines the frame. Wooden seat frame with cross-stretchers. Upholstered inner-spring seat with matching arched backrest cushion. I had this appraised by Richard Saunders an author and authority on wicker furniture with 45 Years of Experience. He believes it was made by the Ypsilanti Reed Furniture Company of Ionia, Michigan. It was a well-known and very respected company from the turn of the century through the thirties. I'll drop the price every few weeks until it sells.
