I purchased this drive brand new from B&H a year ago for $1200. See receipt to verify purchase on 8/27/24. The box has never been opened and is sealed because it was bought for a project that was canceled. This is a popular drive that is currently sold out on B&H, where the price has risen to $1500, probably due to tarriffs, etc. This model has 4 years remaining of its 5 year warranty.
