Laptop tested with the following issues: - Cosmetic: two missing bottom panel feet, slight lift of material on bottom left of palm rest, minor dent on metal on top right of screen. - Functional: certain keys require more force or double press to activate properly. All other functions work perfectly on the laptop, to resolve the keyboard issue the keys may either need to be cleaned or the keyboard replaced. Parts readily available online.
