This item was part of a pallet purchase. This item has been removed from the box to inspect for flaws and to test. The unit works as designed. I cycled through all of the modes and other functions with no issues getting cold air or switching modes. There’s no cosmetic flaws on the unit. It comes with everything that is pictured. It’s missing the wing nut screw for the window kit but you can also use small screws to secure it. You will receive this item in the box it was shipped in.
