See hyperlink for walk through. https://offerup.com/redirect/?o=aHR0cHM6Ly95b3V0dS5iZS8wMjJ6dUV5ZEFCYw== So we've come to terms with the idea that we must let Kuani go. She needs some work to go sailing, rigging and sails and a few smaller things but she's priced accordingly, honestly, I think she's a little under priced but boats can be emotional things. we invite you to come check her out. We've been on dozens of boat's and we've never been on another boat like Kuani. The amount of storage, the separation of space, the real sense of security. HULL/BOTTOM Bottom painted (November 2018) moored in freshwater currently. Thru hulls exercised/replaced (November 2018) Topsides repainted (2015) 3-Blade fixed bronze prop 1-1/4” Shaft Skeg rudder Fin bulb keel MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL Chrysler Nissan 80 HP engine Dripless shaft seal (2015) New gear shaft coupler (2015) New AGM batteries and charging system (2018/19) Hydraulic steering (ram rebuilt in 2019) 12V Fresh water pump (needs installation) 100-amp alternator Solar panels 30-amp Shore power INTERIOR New galley table (2015) Teak and holly flooring Parquet paneling LED interior lights 3-burner propane range and stove Adler Barbour freezer/fridge Microwave oven Manual fresh water foot pump Jabsco manual head 3 Bilge pumps RIGGING/DECK GEAR/GROUND TACKLE Aluminum masts Bow, stern and mast pulpits Nav-Lock standing rigging terminals Babarrosa winches 130% Roller furling genoa and Schaeffer furler bearing (2011) Main (worn) and mizzen sails Cutter rigged 1/19 SS wire standing rigging Hull mounted chain plates 10’ RIB dinghy with two oars and removable bench seat 2 anchors (Danforth & Delta) 3/8” chain rode and electric windlass (Maxwell 1200) Whisker pole and mast ring Radar reflector Life raft (SWITLIK-6 person) Permanently installed emergency tiller/rudder indicator Mooring lines Boarding ladder Brass ship’s bell INSTRUMENTS Ship’s compass (5” Plastimo) SSB radio (SGC) Interphase Scanning Sonar VHF Radio Benmar Autopilot Ratheon Radar RL9 TANKAGE 90-gallon aluminum fuel tank 200-Gallon fresh water capacity 35-Gallon black water tank For this price, she needs some work but if you're handy and have some time, she's a proven seaworthy vessel. Things that I think need doing: •New rigging, Standing and Running. •Windlass clutch it stuck. •Portlights need to be sealed. There's a little damage (wood rot) under one of the portlights but that damage is not structural and, as far as I could tell, didn't affect anything that it structural. •I'd look at the mast steps as long as I'm doing the rigging but the compression posts look good to me. •There's some corrosion on the aluminum toe rail. It's not causing any problems right now but something you'd want to keep an eye on. •The water heater and automatic fresh-water pumps have been removed. •If you plan on going to the tropics, add a couple hatches for better ventilation. •If you want to head north, add a heater. •Stove is against a bulkhead so it doesn't gimbal. To use the stove during passages, cook in deep pans so things don't spill or move the stove to the hull side. •I'd probably add a water maker and a generator. •Solar panels are older and there are much more efficient panels available now and they're inexpensive. •The Autopilot works kind of, there's a small part that should be replaced, but I talked to the company and if you send the unit to them, they will replace it for $250. •Finding Neutral on the Transmission takes a little getting use to, but works well other than that. •There's no hour meter for the engine. https://offerup.com/redirect/?o=aHR0cHM6Ly95b3V0dS5iZS8wMjJ6dUV5ZEFCYw== Youtube walk through video--
