I purchased a car from Quick Sales. I was told nothing was wrong and it was inspected by their mechanic. I got it inspected after the purchase and the rear differential was leaking everywhere and needed replaced. Not sure how this could have been missed by their mechanic. They first tried to just replace the seals under warranty and by the time I got home (a 25 min drive), it was leaking everywhere again. Clearly was not fixed properly and they just attempted to patch a very serious issue. They then agreed to replace the rear differential under warranty. They had my car for over a week, telling me basically every day “it will be done tomorrow.” Although, I appreciate it was covered under warranty.

I noticed a small whining noise in 3rd gear after the repair but it was subtle. Unfortunately it has gotten way worse and the vehicle is reluctant to shift into 4th gear. Now, approximately 2 1/2 weeks since the repair, it needs a new transmission. Going to cost me thousands of dollars. Unfortunate things happen but it was just one thing after another with this dealership and I’m thousands of dollars over what I planned to spend. I specifically asked during the test drive, “are there any issues with the transmission?” And I was told “no, our mechanic would have found then if there were any.” I dont know if they were trying to hide these major issues or their mechanics just don’t do a very thorough inspection.

Additionally, in vehicle description, it said all filters were replaced but when I checked the air cabin filter, it was filthy. Clearly had not been done. Brakes are squeaking like crazy as well.

Giving 2 stars because they helped cover the rear differential. Although it did take over 2 weeks and multiple trips to the mechanic after it was fixed incorrectly. But overall, just a poor experience and like I said, I am going to spend thousands more than I planned.

Worked with Ralph! He was a really kind person that made the process easy, quick, and his prices were fair. Great customer service from everyone there which is often hard to find these days.  Highly recommend them for any services!

Ralph was super helpful, he was straight up and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. I was looking for an SUV and walked away from Andy's desk with a Toyota RAV4 in EXCELLENT condition, only 39,000 miles in 6 years? Crazy.
10/10 would definitely recommend if you're looking for no B.S. and want a completely professional experience

This place is exactly like how an ideal dealership should be! Their employees are very professional and knowledgeable about their vehicle. They always have a mechanic available, so if you have any questions, they have the answer. Their vehicles are usually tested by their mechanic before putting for sale. Moreover, they standby their product and provide 15-30 days warranty (depending on the vehicle).

My wife had an accident few weeks ago, and we urgently needed a car. After looking them up, checking their website, and talking to the sales person, I was impressed by their professionalism. I decided to drive 5 hours one way to look at Honda Civic Hybrid. The owner is such a wonderful and honest human being. They knew I drove that far for that particular vehicle. Instead of taking advantage and asking higher price, they worked with me and did everything possible to make sure I walked out with that vehicle.

I highly recommended them to my family and friends. I wish them good luck with their business because they are honest and professional.

Boy are they right when they say “quick sales” traded in my 2008 Dodge Charger Srt8 about a year ago. It was by far the quickest negotiation I’ve ever done. Ralph very reasonable and get straight to the point. No bs pricing or hidden fees. 1 year later and I’m still enjoying my 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage.
