Just purchased a new Chevy Silverado 2500 truck from the Team at Jim's Auto Sales and I couldn't be happier. Not only is the truck totally awsome, but Sam, our salesman was an absolute Star.  He was so helpful, knowledgeable,  and professional. Also Richard in finance made the loan paperwork a breeze. Such quality service from a car dealership -- I'm impressed. I'd even go so far to say it just might be the best car dealership experience I've ever had. Overall great experience with Jim’s auto sales. We live further away so we had lots of questions about the car and Sam was very helpful getting back to me and answering all my questions. Everything on the car was as explained and happy with the experience.

I purchased a Hybrid car from them, but they did not submit the EV paperwork for my tax rebate ($4K). I also made the mistake of purchasing an extended warranty from them, and when I went to use it, it had a 50-mile radius clause. So, to avoid dealing with them, I took it to a shop 51 miles away from them. Please don’t make my mistake!!
