The Meade DS2000 Series Telescope is a Autostar computer guided scope with a side mounted laser aided spotting and aiming mini scope for easy aiming in manual mode. It has a focal length of 1000mm and 2 eyepieces. 9mm and 25mm. The magnification level is determined by dividing the focal length by the eyepiece size. Thus 1000mm ÷ 25mm = 40x magnification. Comes with carrying bag, instruction and software DVD, lens tray, and Autostar computer module. Has an issue with horizonal motor. Believe is just a wiring problem.
