Excellent condition. Fully functional. This GDO had a custom setup with several unique features mentioned below. Since the kit is already assembled, it will save a lot of installation time and effort for the right buyer. Also available for sale in a separate listing is the door insulation and quiet hinge kit visible in my photos. This opener was made to operate without the safety sensors by modifying the ones it came with, so it's not for people with children or pets, but they can be sourced and replaced with spare parts from the company if desired. This will make the installation process much faster as well, even though the alteration was done for the sake of my own convenience. The internal led lightbulb was disconnected soon after purchase but can easily be reconnected, which I can do if you plan on using it. This was done for privacy reasons since I didn't want a bright light to be active until after the door was fully closed. The only natural quirk/idiosyncracy I noticed/discovered with this opener's operation from the factory is that it tends to reset the closing force/pressure after a power loss has occured. The solution is to simply run a second open/close cycle to resolve it once the power is restored or after it's plugged back into an outlet. The backup battery unit shown (part # BA-100) is optional (for an extra $20). It comes with a custom bracket that mounts to the angle-iron above the motor for a more clean, low-profile, and streamlined appearance (as shown in my installation photo), as opposed to how the manufacturer originally intended for it to be installed (on the side of the body unit, as seen in the last stock image). Includes all the necessary parts and mounting hardware for a successful installation, except for a pair of angle-irons (with slotted/punched holes), which are optional and can be provide free-of-charge depending on the length required for your application. There are several accessories that are not included but are available from the maker of these openers, such as a push-button wall controller and an outdoor wireless keypad. Includes a single non-universal one-button wireless keychain remote control transmitter (part # MK-318-1) with a modified holder that allows it to be installed on the wall. Includes an aftermarket non-adjustable 21"inch reinforcement mounting bracket (part # F9-OYH9-XMPM) which replaced the stock GDO arm hook-up bracket (that's also included). The top bracket is specifically formed to allow for installation across the top strut. It will span the top section of insulated sandwich type doors with either 18" or 21" section widths.
