Max did an amazing job helping me get into my 2019 Wrangler. I was there over 5 hrs working at a deal and finalizing contracts. Max took it like a champ and stayed with me. 4 stars only because of the time I was there and was getting impatient, but the service was great.

⚠️ CONSUMER WARNING – BE INFORMED! ⚠️
My husband bought a vehicle here and what a nightmare it turned into. He test drove the car — seemed fine — signed the papers, and the moment we went to leave the lot, the car wouldn’t start. We were told everything had been “inspected and fixed” by their expert mechanic. Clearly not.

On the way home, warning lights came on, and the problems started immediately. We reached out several times with our concerns and were completely ignored. My husband then left an honest review — and suddenly the company blew up his phone with calls and texts saying if he removed his review, they’d “make it right.” We asked, what exactly are you fixing if you said the car was fine? They never answered.

We also purchased a warranty, only to find out the dealership never paid the warranty company. After multiple calls and messages went unanswered, we had to get our lawyer involved just to get them to do what they were supposed to do. A few days after the lawyer contacted them, the warranty company finally received payment — imagine that.

And if you look closely at the reviews, you’ll notice how a glowing review seems to appear right after a negative one. Big red flag.

If you’re thinking about buying from this place, please do your research and proceed with extreme caution. We wish we had.

Listen so my son wanted a BMW 550 I he was very particular about it. Found one up in Chicago had all the financing taken care of. Everything was in play as we got ready to get on the highway. The salesman calls and says the car was sold my son was bummed out from there. I did a Google search found another one at Picasso imports just so happened to call before hours and max the Sales Manager answer the phone told Max the whole story about the vehicle that we were going to get in Chicago. He assured me, buddy that won’t happen here. OK did all the financing sent my son videos and pictures of the car he loved it contacted Max over here at Picasso imports told him everything that was going on. We had financing we have everything Max told me I got you and that means a lot to a person like myself. Max then took the vehicle. Had it cleaned up sent me videos no question no problems showed up on 11 14, 2025. The vehicle is parked out front all the doors open trunk open hood open. This is your new vehicle Shook hands with him very professional handshake. My son is inside right now as I’m typing this review signing off on his brand new vehicle a BMW M550 and it’s all thanks to Max. What a spectacular salesman beautiful Dealership if you want a car come get it.

Max went out of his way to be helpful and kind. He had a great knowledge of his inventory and had personally driven the cars/trucks that I was interested in which was a huge help. I’m in love with my vehicle and delighted with the price and warranty.
Financing was a smooth and easy process.
