We purchased a Honda Civic from Preferred Automotive out of Parkland and immediately took it for an oil change—only to discover it had a major oil leak. We contacted the dealership right away, but before anything could be resolved, the car broke down on the freeway.
I worked with Eli, who was kind and tried to help, and I appreciated his professionalism. Unfortunately, another staff member was extremely aggressive and threatening over text, using profanity and intimidation tactics that were completely unacceptable.

The dealership did take the Civic back and traded us a Mazda 3 instead. Within days , the thermostat failed. Two cars, two serious issues, all within days of purchase.

They keep a solid choice of cars to choose from and the staff is for the community. Originally I hit them up on offer up and Alaa always made me feel like family since day one and I been rocking with them for the past few years. Haven’t shopped anywhere else and I send all my people their way. They valid and I stamp it !!

Some of the reviews made me nervous, one of the biggest fears is spending several thousand on a vehicle and it being a lemon. Baja was great, he allowed us to test drive with no problem. I wanted to do a pre vehicle purchase inspection, he didn’t hesitate when that was mentioned. There were repairs needed from the inspection report and Baja was willing to negotiate to ensure we were both happy and could make a deal. I’d recommend this place, 10 days later the car is still running-that’s a plus! Do your due diligence before purchasing and you will not be disappointed.
