Marantz 2245 Receiver plus the coveted Marantz 5220 cassette tape deck with original walnut cases. The 2245 receiver was professionally serviced 7 months ago and is basically mint. Incredible sound and cosmetic condition is unmatched. I’ve heard some say the 2245 sounds better than the 2270. With 45 watts per channel it has PLENTY of power to power any speakers you have. I use them with JBL L100 and JBL L55s and the unit sounds incredible. The Marantz 5220 is really one of the best looking tape players of all time and the big brother to the 5200. It will need new belts which is an easy fix (I just haven’t gotten around to it) but is otherwise is working and in great cosmetic shape. Plays tapes fine as is but it’s due for new belts. Both come with the original walnut wood Marantz cases bought with the units in the 70s. I’m the second owner if this pair.
