I bought this from the furniture store exactly 3 1/2 months ago and no longer needed as I'm having to move back to Denver. The table itself is very heavy, so you'll need to have someone help you with this because the hardware for the expansion is quite durable and substantial. I personally could not get the expanded section to open up and clip in so it might need a small repair but I've only used it to sit 6-7 people and i used bar stools (it does sit higher than a normal table) making it very nice for entertainment. Tabe is lightly used and no scratches of dings.
