Description

1983 Chevy Minnie Winnie w/ 30,251 original miles. It’s ~21’ feet and can be parked anywhere. Smogged in December 2024 and registered through December 2025. I bought in December 2024 to take my kids camping, but now my family is moving out of San Diego and we will not be taking the Minnie Winnie. We’ve been on seven camping trips within San Diego County without any issues. I’ve taken the rig over 4500 feet in elevation and it has plenty of power getting up hills. Everything works, both on propane and when plugged in. House A/C blows cold (had to use it recently during a heat wave when camping at Lake Morena) and heater (propane) heats the rig up quickly. We’ve dry camped twice without issue. Only has one house battery (has space for two in battery compartment), so the portable solar panel is clutch. Four of the six tires are like new and have plenty of tread. Spare tire rim does not have a tire. The previous owner upgraded the stereo and wired it to the house speakers. Generator works but runs a little rough at first until it is warm. Probably needs carb cleaned. I replaced all faucets, toilet, and shower head/handle. Primed the shower and applied peel/stick subway tile. Both sinks were leaking when I bought it, so I replaced part of the supply hoses. I’ll show anyone interested in buying how I fixed the leaks. We’ve had no leaks. The windshield wipers didn’t work when I bought them, so I took them to my electrical mechanic, and he added an on/off toggle switch. To fix the original wiper handle coming off the steering column requires a steering column replacement (~$850), so I went with the more affordable option since we live in San Diego. The rig comes with the following: Levelers Chock blocks Wi-Fi backup camera Renogy 200W parable solar panel & 30’ 10AWG extension cable Ladder (to over cab bed) Fire Extinguisher Nearly full tank of propane Window shades (front, driver/passenger, overcab window, house door window) Gray tank dump hose Bike rack 30’ x 20’ tarp with bungee cords. I keep it covered to try to avoid any further damage to the original paint. I’ll entertain any reasonable offer and answer any questions, but lowballs will be ignored.
