I want to say thank you to Mosy at the National Car store. He made our experience easy and smooth. He was very nice and helpful. He greeted me before I can even walk on to their car lot good. I told him I was looking for a nice small size SUV for my aunt. He help me find the perfect one just for her. I purchased a BMW X1. Great mileage and runs and drive great. Karina , was amazing. Made the process smooth. Within hours , got an approval and within 30 mins papers signed and got my vehicle  ! Probably the best dealership experience ever.!

Karina is still great. But beware of what ur buying from these people. Store manager was contacted regarding an issue with the DEF system. I am a certified master tech … told them exactly what was needed to fix the issue. Not even 12 hours after the sale, the van stopped because of improper DEF fluid level readings. ……. Spoke to Sebastian , agreed to bring van back for repairs. Stayed with them for 2 days …. Just to see that everything is STILL THE SAME…. In fact DEF fluid spilled all over the res and top of cooling fan… 2.. seems like they tried a bypass method and left missing piece off the bank itself that’s vital to its operation.

I don’t leave bad reviews but beware of what ur buying and the people that promise to fix things. Always bring a mechanic with u to ensure a fix is fixed properly and not backyard mechanics to sell a car
