“Zack Attack” (Zachary Chitwood) was absolutely amazing! He knew exactly what I was looking for, and we made a deal when we found the perfect truck we were looking for! Bought the truck before they even detailed it! Zack filled up the tank and had it detailed as we were finishing up paperwork. Zack's energy is something else! He definitely knows how to make things less stressful and was just awesome to work with. Z in finances was pretty amazing! He helped us through all the paperwork process with ease! I almost never leave reviews but feel the need to after my experience. I would not recommend buying from here. I’ve boughten 6 cars from dealerships before and this was the worst experience. I understand wanting to make a profit but they wouldn’t even negotiate with me for a fair sale, even as a returning customer as my husband also bought his truck through them two years ago. The trade in value they offered me wasn’t even up to value of blue book. I ended up selling my vehicle to carvana for $8000 more than what they offered me. They then tried to tell me they were selling the vehicle under value, except when I put it into blue book they were actually selling it above value. Upon completion of the sale, they told me they were taking the vehicle back to detail, and when I got it, it was covered in water marks and lubrication grease left all over the seats. I even found what appeared to be dried up oil on two of the windows and doors. The undercarriage and rear window also looked like it went through the Sahara desert to get here, it was covered in orange sand. Not impressed at all. I didn’t even get a thank you for my business.

Just traded my Explorer in for a 2025 Bronco Big Bend and let me tell you I had an amazing experience at AutoNation PC. The whole process was so seamless and positive!
