More to come.  I’ll be honest about my experience and what I was told   It’s only fair to us consumers to get a real picture of what you’ll maybe get into
I can only add to this review of my experience
After driving back to Dallas from Houston I spoke with Jeff who raised his voice at me and told me he wasn’t doing any further business with me
I mention I was a repeat customer and have spent close to a hundred grand with Century.  He told me he didn’t care if I spent that or any amount
He then told me “if” I removed my review he would then maybe help me.  I removed it. And went to century’s pro shop to get the truck looked at   The person at the service desk called Jeff and after they’re conversation I was told me this is not under warranty ( but I’m still with in the 30 days )
And he couldn’t help me either tried to reach back to Jeff and he wouldn’t even respond back to me

Run. Run. Run away from these people. They’ll lie to you to get the sake and as soon as you drive off the lot. It’s a whole different story
At least it was with me.

So many first truck had diesel issues, they wouldn’t take care of it. Of course it’s was a couple months in ok no big deal. I deleted and tuned it.
1 year  later bought another truck. No issues, then I had them install a work bed on my first truck. Great, they made a promise to get me a KUV they didn’t have one and said we’ll put a box on then add the top on once it comes in. That’s been more than 2 years ago, still haven’t heard back and they claim it has nothing to do with them it’s the shop down the street. Still has their name and company logo.
Now almost 5 years later I buy a 2024 diesel 30 minutes after I bought it and before I got home started having issues with regeneration. Also lights were flicking on and off. The phone would connect and disconnect many times over and over. I’m told don’t worry we’ll fix it they have me bring it back kept it 2-1/2 weeks replaced 2 batteries and changed the filter. This was exhausting fumes from the burn off of blue def fluid inside the truck very toxic. Got it back and boom same issue, put it in the shop of your choice it’ll be taken care of. Of course it’s under warranty with the manufacturer. They tell me if this doesn’t fix it we’ll get you into a new truck. Get in same issue so Tony Anderson said let me talk with my manager. Ok my manager said bring it in and we’ll get you in another truck no big deal. 1-1/2 hours later I’m told that now I have to go without my truck again so they can try and fix a issue while the electrical issues are still not resolved. And they want me to pay $17,000 down for the new truck and lose the $10,000 on a truck I’ve had in the shop the entire time I’ve owned the vehicle. I tried to work with them but they say they should make money on a bad car deal plus another car sales that we have no idea if it’s going to be a problem or not. So now we’re having to hire an attorney to help us with this matter. Mind you this is the 3 rd vehicle we’ve bought from here.
