2014 Chevrolet Captiva Sport

Used 2014 Chevorlet Captiva LTZ with cosmetic damage + minor issues Main issue is key stuck in ignition. Battery is currently unplugged to prevent draining. I have no idea what the issue is and how to fix it, all that I know is that it is stuck in there. Please don't ask me too many questions about this issue, I am not a mechanic and I only know the basics. I used this car as a construction field tech & the interior cosmetic damage as a result. I only have one key, which manually works, I already replaced the battery and it still only works manually. KBB has the fair value for $7000, I'm offering half of the cost OBO due to key + ignition problems + cosmetic damage.
