I was shopping for a Truck and saw these guys. After several communications I decided to go and buy a truck. Talked to Oliver a sales rep and we were going over a truck that I was interested in.  He said that all issues were taken care of, there shop goes through everything and fixes what is wrong, he was very helpful until it came to the paperwork. There was a disclaimer page that needed to get signed and it read, There is NO warranty and I am buying it "As-Is".  If there is any issues no matter what was implied or said about such vehicle by any sales Pearson or associate, there is No Coverage and that "Truck And Van Outlet" has no commitment to fixing or replacing said truck.  Half way driving back after having to sign this doc I got a Check Engine light that came on.  Now I have to put it into a garage and have it fixed.  While I was there I had asked Oliver about if they had reset the check engine light just to make it go away and he said, "That is not how we do business, we fix what is wrong".  If you have time defiantly send it to a mechanic before buying.

Purchased this 2016 refrigerated freightliner from FRANKIE DEALS, he’s the man. I was stressed about wiring money from 8 hrs away, but next time I won’t be! Will be buying again truck looks great, received it 24hrs after the money wire. Truck made it to GA about 45 min before the title arrived via next day shipping fedex. Gonna slap a sticker on it and put it to work next week! Thanks Frankie and the team at truck and van outlet!

I needed a heavier chipper dump truck since buying a much larger chipper. Looked online and found this truck. Most of these trucks are usually really expensive if there clean. I don’t mind doing repairs myself. They had a 2009 F-650 6.7 Cummins 6 speed manual with air brakes. Just what I was looking for. I dealt with Frankie on this. I’m in Arizona, so phone calls and lots of texts. He always answered his phone and was very quick with information. He said this was a nice truck mechanically with no rust. They had they seats recovered and a new clutch put in when they took the truck in. I flew in a week later to look the truck over and test drive. It was exactly what they said the truck was. Martin got me a creeper to roll under the truck to check it out for myself. That was on Friday, by Tuesday it was loaded on a transport. Frankie kept me updated on everything that was going on, they had a few small things to repair. Sent me a picture of it loaded ready to ship. I’d definitely buy another truck from them when I’m ready

I know I bought the truck “as-is” but I’m into this truck for 4,000$ in engine parts 3600$ in parts repairing the bed

To Arizona. I do all my own repairs which saves me money but I should’ve spent 10k more and bought a truck locally. These guys are only about getting a good review selling something to you and then there’s no follow-up on their end. Been working on this truck 4 months and still haven’t used it yet for work. I knew the bed was rotten but it was so thin you could kick through the sides and the floor. I still need to repaint the back of the truck. I’d never buy another truck from them again

Needed a box truck for my business, Frankie Deals had what we were looking for, so we flew down from PA to get the truck. On the way back we had an engine problem (unpredictable) that shut the truck down. We were in a time crunch so we had to fly home, meanwhile Frankie took the truck to the shop, and got the issue resolved, and covered it under their 30 day warranty, so we flew down the next week and drove it home without any issues.  So far it has been a reliable truck, and we are happy with our purchase. Frankie has been a great dealer to work with, understanding you are buying a used truck, but we would buy from Frankie again.
