Description
Antique Victorian Eastlake China/Curio display cabinet with added interior lights. Walnut wood with glass panel front. Made approx. 1890. Very good condition overall. The cabinet had interior lights added at some point in the mid- 20th century. Lights work well, with dimmer switch. No makers marks or tags found. There was an appraisal done in 1984 valuing the piece at $1,200. It has been well preserved since then. Description from the appraisal: "American Eastlake Victorian China Cabinet crafted of walnut wood and lightly carved in Victorian motives. This very fine and well crafted display cabinet includes two long glass doors and two drawers at the bottom. with original locks and hardware. The interior of the cabinet includes six glass shelves and lights. Ca. 1890 in date." In Excellent Condition.
