Cub Cadet LT1045 mower price reduced again!!!

Up for sale is a Cub Cadet LT1045 ride on mower. 3 blade 46" cut with a hydro trans. Has 400 hours on it and still runs extremely strong due to routine maintenance. None of the common crankcase bolts being loosen present on this Kohler Courage! In the past 20 hours of use, it has seen the following: -Fresh oil change with the larger option of oil filters for better filtration -Valve lash adjustment with fresh valve cover gasket -Deck spindles removed and disassembled, cleaned, and greased. (Reattached with actual nut and bolts for easy future removal/servicing. Those self tapping screws are junk) -Blades sharpened (they are due for replacement though) -Replaced transmission drive belt with kevlar belt -Brand new starter -New battery -Greased all zerk fittings -Replaced deck tensioner pulley -RF tire has very slow leak Now for the bad or at least not that great: -Will need a deck belt in order to get to mowing! Out of all the things I've done to this thing, replacing the deck belt alluded my maintenance list and it snapped due to being older than time. This occurred right around the time we got our fence put in and alas! It doesn't fit through the back gate --__--... Hence why it was never replaced.. -Spindle guards are included but not installed -Took the bumper off as it was flopping around -The deck needs to be adjusted (height and side-to-side) -Parking brake is a little tough to get engaged As mentioned above, after we got our fence put in, I found out that the mower doesn't fit through the gate leading to the back yard. I'd have to take the deck off, drive the mower through the gate and then reinstall the deck in order to use it. Didn't have time for that mess so I just purchased a push mower and have been using that for the past month or so. The LT1045 still starts right up every time I go to move it around the garage. Come take a look and drive it around the yard!
