Also selling the coffee table for additional $75. Pick up is from Edmonds, WA. 20 mins from Seattle and Bellevue. Description: We love to lounge in on the couch. It is super comfortable and can comfortably sit 4 people. We additionally added wood planks to the base of the sofa to enhance firmness and longevity and we regularly vacuum and steam clean it so it has been well taken care of. - Sofa has no scratches, not torn, no spills, cleaned regularly with a steamer and lightly used. - Brand is Modern Furniture. - Chaise can be put on either left or right size and is customizable. - Length of the sofa is 108 inch and depth 36 inch. Chaise attached is 57 inch. - Originally bought for $1300. - Selling because we are redesigning our space and the color doesn’t go with the new furniture. Otherwise would have kept it. Coffee table is 36 inch in diameter. Hoping for the items to be gone by 29th of May.
