2002 Lance 815 Truck camper READ WHOLE DESCRIPTION SOLD AS IS $4000 OBO BRAND NEW Dometic, NRX 115C DC fridge just installed , plastic protective film still on outside, hasn't even had food in it yet. $1,300 fridge, our loss, your gain. Maxxair fan upgrade running well off solar. Renogy 2x 100W solar panels installed on roof 4 years ago with 2x 100AH AGM batteries, no issues, powers fridge, lighting, and fan without issues. 3 burner stove and oven work great, propane furnace works great. Wet bath, toilet, outdoor shower in great shape and in working order. We modified the wet bath so indoor shower water is bypassed to a nozzle that runs outside the camper instead of into the black tank. Bike rack on rear of camper fits 2 mountain bikes hanging vertically by front axel. NEEDS WORK: Cabover front window leak caused water intrusion this past winter while in storage. This is the most common place for these campers to leak. Wood framing in good shape, but plywood on inside and outside of cabover floor needs repair. We replaced the front window weather seal so it doesn't continue to leak in the meantime. We don't have the time or money to do the rest of the repair, so we are selling.
