This is one of the original newspaper printing plates from The Washington Post used to print the front page on Friday, August 9th, 1974. It was acquired in the DC area. Plate is a hot metal (lead) stereotype plate. These are not supposed to exist as they are melted down after printing to make future plates. No shipping as it weights almost 50lbs. Cash only and local pickup in Northeast Ohio.
