Had a good experience. Owen took care of us and didn’t play games with my time which I appreciated, my only issue is when I got back to Arizona I discovered a manufacture defect on the roof/driver door which I couldn’t see at night when the vehicle was delivered. That was disappointing as I believe they likely knew about it as it was marked for repair with a wax pencil. Therefore, I feel as if they were mildly dishonest but I will give them the benefit of the doubt that it was overlooked añadir to it being closing time on a Saturday night.

Bryant Camacho was excellent.  I had originally scheduled a service appointment at Findlay Nissan and was treated like crap by the service rep when I went to drop off my car. I had indicated I would need a rental car and was informed we don’t have rentals you will need to go to Enterprise and pay for a car out of pocket. I informed the rep I have an extended warranty on the vehicle and that includes rental coverage. Sales rep sat back on his chair and said well I don’t know what your coverage is so you figure that out and let me know when you can drop the car off. I said look man, I’ll take it back to Findlay Honda, I said I was told to bring the car here as you people are the Nissan dealership. Service rep just blew me off. Got the car over to Honda, Bryant came out met me in the bay and I explained the issue with the vehicle and how I was treated at Findlay Nissan. Bryant immediately said they can see you have rental coverage along with your full warranty coverage so I’m sorry they treated you like this. Let me get you into a rental right now. Bryant put me in a sweet 24 Ridgeline said keep it until we figure out what’s wrong with your Pathfinder. Bryant kept me well informed from start to finish and was super friendly and professional throughout. I highly recommended the service department at Findlay Honda and a huge shoutout and thank you to Bryant!
