This bike is extremely good for people of 4,11 to 5,6 it is light and agile. Here is a list of the bikes components -Specalized Hardrock Frame -Fast track flak tires -SaSantour front forks -Shimano 21 speed I do recommend that you do swap out the gears and chains as time has taken it toll on them and if you are serious into mtb I would upgrade the breaks and tires. Thank you for reading my post. I will also swap out the breaks for shimano 4 pistons and put a new gear set but that will run you a substantial amount please contact me if that’s what you would like
