Absolutely disgraceful experience at Lexus of Concord Service Department. If there were an option for negative stars, this place would deserve it!

I brought in a BRAND-NEW 2025 Lexus RC F with barely 100 miles on it, and their so-called service department damaged a carbon fiber body kit piece. Instead of taking ownership, service consultant Tony Sawaya showed zero accountability, zero empathy, and zero professionalism. His priority wasn’t resolving the issue—it was shoving paperwork in front of me for a signature. When I pressed for answers, he walked away mid-conversation to prioritize another customer, clearly leaving me standing there as if my time and their mistake meant nothing.

The message was loud and clear: Lexus of Concord only cares about protecting their bottom line, not their customers. Rather than finding a way to make it right, they acted like replacing the part they damaged was somehow me “costing them business.” That’s beyond insulting—it’s pathetic.

To make matters worse, I’ve left multiple voicemails for the service manager with zero response. The silence says everything about the culture of this dealership: avoid responsibility, ignore the customer, and hope the problem disappears.

This is supposed to be a “luxury brand,” yet the treatment here is below the standard of a shady corner shop mechanic. Lexus of Concord has completely failed at the most basic level of customer service.

I will be taking this issue to Lexus corporate, because this dealership clearly has no interest in doing right by their customers. Buyers beware—if they’ll treat a brand-new car and paying customer like this, imagine how little they’ll care once they’ve cashed your check.

I want to gratefully thank and acknowledge Ali who worked with me in a smooth and effortless purchase of my new Lexus RX350h! He was an excellent communicator, polite, kind, clear, and accommodating through every step of my visit! While I had test driven the vehicle at another dealership a month prior, Lexus of Concord had the model I wanted. Ali regularly texted me with new models that came in over several weeks- having never met me. His follow up was fantastic! This sold me on superior customer service and better availability of stock over the two other dealerships. My financing experience also went quick and smoothly with Ali #2. Finally, Stephen was kind and patient in teaching me all the electronic features of my new car. Nice touch!  Plus a beautiful big red ribbon on top when it was ready to drive out!  I HIGHLY recommend Lexus of Concord and Ali for your next vehicle purchase! Great job, Team Lexus! I am a very happy customer!! A+++!! 😊

I live in the San Diego area, but drove to Lexus of Concord this past Saturday because of my great past experiences dealing with Ben Gullo (Sales Manager).
As expected - my experience was amazing. Ben provided a warm and friendly welcome upon my arrival, and thanked me for choosing to drive a great distance. He then put me in the hands of another trusted associate (Westley Harris).
Wes was very helpful and polite. He explained the car features well, and guided me through the purchase process perfectly.

-Ray Yousefzai- top notch salesman! I started talking to Ray back on July/2025. I express my desire to purchase a new GX 550 Luxury trim. These vehicles are pretty hot, hard to get and fiddling the one trim with exact description is not easy. I asked Ray 3 things- Eminent white pearl, saddle tan interior and a Mark Levinson sound system. Ray stayed in touch with me and he was always confident that he was going to get me the car i wanted. During this period, I was also talking to other two salesmen from two different dealers. One thing that always stood out was that the other salesman would always tell me “that’s a hard one to get” “give me a second choice “. Ray in the other hand was always determined to get what his customer requested. That speaks very highly on my book. He never gave up and one day, with a smile on his face he called telling me.. “I got your car! I’m just finalizing some details but I got it”!  Ray I truly appreciate you and you have created a lifetime customer relationship. I can’t thank you enough and Lexus of Concord is lucky to have an employee of your caliber.

I was driving my Lexus this morning and the tires pressure warning light was on.  I got nervous and I happened to be close to Lexus in Concord.  I bought my Lexus there and it is the best Lexus’s dealership.  I knew I was able to find someone to help me.  Sure enough, Julio approached me with a smile.  I told him my concern.  He was quick to check the tire pressure and found out the rear tire was low on pressure.  He even asked me to back up the car slowly so that he could see the tire.  He ended up putting in more air for that tire while I enjoyed my hot beverage inside.  A big thanks for Julio and team Lexus in concord!!!
