We purchased a new to us Audi from another dealership. As the other dealership was a bit further away we brought it to our local Audi dealership to do a full inspection and also handle the outstanding recall. The appointment process was easy along with drop off and pickup of the vehicle. Luckily the inspection came out clean and the recall was no issue.

They also helped us setup the Audi phone app so we can track the vehicle as it was still registered to the prior owner. Overall a great experience with very friendly and helpful people.

I spent six hours at Audi Hunt Valley on August 6, 2025, finalizing a Lexus NX 300 Sport from another sister location. After signing all paperwork and authorizing a deposit, the sales associate casually let me know there will be an $1,600 shipping fee — never mentioned before and not in the contract. When I questioned it, he went to his manager, who just said we could ship it ourselves for cheaper. After a lot of back and forth and speaking to someone else, we shook hands and were promised delivery in a few days.

For the next week, my calls and emails were often ignored and/or I received vague answers about the car I purchased. They also claimed the car was still in inspection, but I found it listed online days later. By August 11, it was gone, and by August 13, the dealership told me it had been sold or sent to auction — without any courtesy call.

When I confronted them, the General Manager showed zero professionalism or empathy. Their only “solution” was to pick another car — at an extra $5,000 cost — for their mistake.

Audi Hunt Valley misled me, ignored me, and treated me with disrespect. I will be reporting this to the Maryland Attorney General, FTC, and BBB. Avoid this dealership if you value honesty and basic professionalism.
