2015 Forest River Rockwood Ultralight 2703ws Bought last year to enjoy family vacations and outdoor adventures, used it for a short time recently at lake pleasant and now don't need it Recently maintained both A/C units( cleaned the coils and lubed the fan) Painted roof with henrys tropi-cool roof coating to help with the summer heat Tires are in good condition only have a few hundred miles on them Small wear and tear, has a few delamination spots been in az for its whole life and a small hole that's a few inches long and about a inch wide in the outer sidewall but sealed with silicone to seal it Needs a few odds and ins but is ready to hit the road and enjoy today 32' x 8' Also have a camper cover that cost 300 bucks that comes with it
