Icom IC-M710 Marine SSB bundle

I removed this system from my sailboat because I have no interest in trying to learn to use it. The IC-M710 would power up and with my VERY limited knowledge I could usually tune it to receive others. I did transmit on a couple of the preprogramed channels to local boaters in my marina and that worked. The AT-140 Tuner would make clicking sounds for a couple of seconds when you pushed the TUNE button on the radio. (someone told me it was suppose to). The Pactor PTC-IIex lights would flash on power up and then the red tune light would scan back and forth. Also included a KISS ground plane that was attached to the tuner. I am including all the cables that are in the pictures that were used on the system install. Whats Included: ICOM IC-M710 with Power cable and Mic ICOM AT-140 with Tuner Control Cable and KISS Ground Plane Pactor Modem PTC-llex with Control Cable and USB Cable Thats all I know about the system so I can't say how well it works so thats why I'm selling AS IS with NO RETURNS.
