My HOA is tripping on having my trailer parked at my house. I have it in a storage , trailer is not in use. Trailer is 12 ft long (technically 13ft inside) very good condition, normal wear and tear for a 1year old trailer. No previous damage or repairs. Pictures are recent. Spare tire and trailer antitheft lock included. $6500 firm price. Lowballers will be ignored (resend offer if you do not receive a respond on your lowball offer) I pay for storage monthly, I am not affected by this ,therefore I am not in a hurry to sell. I just simply don't use it and rather offer it to someone who will get great use from it. Come check it out its a great trailer. Approx. Dimmension are 12'L×7'h×6'w.
