2002 Mako Gulf Stream 5th Wheel. Make it your own! This 2002 Mako by Gulf Stream 30’ was me and my husband’s full-time home and served us well for 4 years. I’m looking for someone who will love it as much as we did. I’m firm on the price. Details: • Clean title • Well-maintained and clean • Spacious layout with separate office room + white desk • Great setup for full-time RV living or weekend getaways • All appliances work great • One working air conditioner that cools the space really well • Gas and generator both work • Black tanks hold water with no issues • Grey tank has a small leak – I’ve just kept a bucket underneath and emptied it regularly, but can definitely be fixed • No washer/dryer hookups What to know (full transparency): • The slide-outs are original and generally work well. They go in and out smoothly most of the time, but have needed a little help here and there. • The tank sensors don’t currently work, but can be fixed. I lived in it full-time and just emptied the tanks daily, so it was never an issue. • We had some water come in during Hurricane Ian (in the rear office area only), but we took care of it immediately with a full remodel. Everything in that space was replaced, and we also painted the interior for a brighter, more updated look. • Flooring is in good shape •Will need new batteries. We had it hooked up to power the whole time we were using it. •Will need new sewer hose and tires.
