Description

If you're looking for a decent road bike for commuting or recreational use, and you don't need it right this minute, then read on. I am currently in the process of refurbishing this nice Novara "Corsa" 12-speed road bike, dark blue color (see pics). This is a good-quality "made in Japan" bike! It's a steel-frame bike, made with Tange Champion No. 5 tubing. It has a mixte (step-through) design, which is quite popular but somewhat hard-to-find. The frame size is 19" (48cm), so it's best suited for riders between 5'3" and 5'7" or so in height. The bike has 27" wheels with aluminum rims and hubs, and the 27" x 1-1/4" tires are in excellent condition. The bike is currently being completely refurbished, so everything will be in excellent working condition by the time we meet up for the customary test ride.
