usually never leave negative reviews, but I felt the need to speak up because I'm struggling way too much with this car—it’s honestly made me feel so stressed and depressed.

I bought a 2016 Volkswagen passat from this dealership for $13,000, and I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone. For that price, I expected a reliable vehicle, but instead, I got a car full of hidden issues. The heater was broken, all four tires were in terrible condition and had to be replaced, and there was an oil leak. I’ve had to top up the oil every week and get it changed frequently at the repair shop.

The check engine light is always on, and I suspect it’s a catalytic converter issue—but at this point, I’m so drained that I haven’t even looked into it further. I’m just tired of dealing with it.

The purchasing process was just as frustrating. The price listed on their website isn’t the final price—they try to tack on extra charges. I had to negotiate just to get $2,000 off, and even after that, I ended up paying $13,000 for a car that’s been nothing but a nightmare.

This dealership is not honest or trustworthy, and I truly regret ever walking in there. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I absolutely hate car shopping but the group at Naryan made my experience one to remember. It seems like they really try to get to know their customers so that they can figure how best to serve. The atmosphere was light and it made the whole situation that much better. I really can't thank them enough for all they did😁

Truth is within less than 3 weeks, I no longer have a vehicle to drive! Got laughed at for having strong arms after the steering and front axel went out within 2 weeks. They fixed the cheap steering issue, but fast forward to week three and I have No “Air Suspension”. Ask these guys about the 2016 Ram Rebel issue and how they are upset at  a customer who they sold trash to, for voicing his frustrations. It’s been over a week and the calls and visits are still going in one direction. I have been lied to by a different people like Paul. I just want my truck fixed and they are avoiding this at all cost for What ever reason. I have phone calls, videos of me going to the shop to see when I can drop off the vehicle(Because it’s been parked up for weeks) as well as phone recordings of these guys making empty promises. They called me a Good Guy the day of my purchase. Now that I don’t have a truck to run my Plumbing and Heating Business, I’m the Bad guy for being spent around and lied to with No communication in over a week! Their answer and conclusion to this after allowing their pride and arrogance to influence their decision on this matter was: “Whatever, contact a Lawyer!” As Recoreded…..
