Things usually go awry when the warranty is up (or close to being up) hence why I waited to write this review but so far, so good.

I’ll start with the buying process. I am a woman who came in to buy a Chevy Equinox, or something similar. My parents initially went to check it out on my behalf while I was out of town, but I was eventually able to come by and browse the inventory for myself. THEY ARE NOT YOUR TYPICAL CAR SALESMEN!!!! I was able to browse in peace without their lovely staff breathing down my neck or convincing me to take anything off the lot for sake of a sale. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about their stock and answered any questions/concerns that I had. The purchase itself was smooth, I paid via cashiers check (they do not finance) and they took care of the DMV portion for me. Even after purchasing the vehicle I had a few concerns, I.e. rust and a spare key, and they were able to handle that for me.

The car itself is pretty solid. I’ve had the transmission flushed as a precaution since that was not listed on the car fax and she got her 1st oil change last Friday because she needed one. After 3 months of owning this vehicle, I did have a minor issue 7/12/2025 with the car not getting enough power to get to speed and uphill but that was more of a connection issue, nothing to do with 1st choice. My mechanic cleaned off the wires and connections and it’s running just as well as it did when I drove it off the lot but I plan to stop by before my warranty is up to get a code scan for peace of mind.

Thank you Abdul, Junior, Manager and the 2 other lovely associates (I didn’t get their names) that helped me for making this an exceptional car buying experience and I look forward to purchasing something else in the future!

Oh, and I ended up getting a 2017 Infiniti qx50 lol

Hands down the best car dealership I've ever dealt with! The entire staff is great, professional, polite, and precise! They actually let me "buy" my car instead of trying to "sell" me a car. S/O to my guy Edwin, I highly recommend contacting him if you're shopping for a vehicle.

Leslie and Robert were great to work with. They were completely honest about our financing and the truck my husband and I were interested in. They made us feel welcome from the moment we drove on the lot and answered all our questions. They weren’t pushy like typical cars salesman can be. We decided to go home and think on it and they took time out of their day mid week to checkin with us and see if we had any additional questions which ultimately led us to go back today and finalize the deal and we’re very pleased with our decision. Will definitely be going back in the future when it’s time for our daughter to get a car! I might add that I particularly love that this is a woman owned and operated dealership!

Excellent experience with 1st Choice Auto Sales! The car was exactly as advertised, well care for, and reasonably priced. Jr was incredibly helpful, professional, and accommodating. Their customer service is top-tier. While in their office I overhead an interaction with a former customer over the phone. They answered all their questions, remaining professional and informative while offering exceptional support and genuine care for the customer post-sale. Will consider them again for any future car buying needs and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!
