Vintage MBC of Chicago tool box set aka Pre Snap-on , Mac Tools Circa 60's�

I'm selling my grandfathers collectible vintage MBC" of Chicago tool boxes aka Pre Snap on , Mac Tools Circa 60's / 70's. These are very high quality pro mechanics tool boxes with rare older drop down shade cover mechanism , and side sections. Now a days it seems that the only companies that still make similar boxes with drop leaf covers are Germans. MBC made many Snap-on and Mac boxes for over a decade back in the 60's / 70's and this box looks a lot like those. MBC moved most of their manufacturing to Iowa and change their name to Snap on, and latter ended up suing MBC for millions because they continue to used Snap-on Parts, and MBC ended up closing their business., this is the reason why these boxes are very rare and hard to find now a days witch also make them a collectible tool box , not just a work horse.� This boxes are in pretty good shape for its age, with just some small surface rust and discoloration, slides are in really good shape. Both of the larger drawers actually has dual slides. The smaller tool box has a front with a large drawer. The back opens to two large storage compartments and each side opens to seven sections for storage. There is a nice working surface on top and the wheels roll fine. The?door latches works great on both but I don't have the keys, you can drill a new lock key your self if your worried about safety .� Those combo set up I believe is called Metal Box and Cabinet Corp. These Tool boxes are all original never have been repainted witch makes them more collectable and also will be easier for any one to refurbished it and make it look like a new Snap on tool box and put them to good used. Those would make a really nice stack to look and perform well in anyone's garage these could make a good step up in quality and cool factor in the tool storage department.
