Description

Antique New Martinsville etched glass torte platter. New Martinsville Glass Company later became Viking Glass. Torte plate or platter, often used for serving cakes or other desserts Features an etched floral pattern (which appears to be Meadow Wreath or Flower Basket, Radiance Prelude). The large, round platter features teardrop design and lovely floral basket etch. Measures 14-1/4" diameter. This is a used piece and shows expected signs of wear and use. No cracks, but scuffing and scratches/utensil marks on top side. This Antique New Martinsville/Viking Etched Glass Torte Plate was manufactured by New Martinsville on its "Radiance" blank. Very good vintage condition. No chips, or cracks. Just very few usage marks. A great addition to an existing collection or a good starter. See photos. Porch pickup. (GH).
