Rare gas and oil related item for your collection!! Vintage Dy-Chek Penetrant can with mostly full contents made by Turco Products, Inc., a division of Purex Corporation, located in USA. Dates to about the 1960s. This item is rare and I have not found another one listed anywhere. Dy-Chek Penetrant Inspection is a method of non-destructive testing which detects material discontinuities open to the surface. It is one of the most sensitive of the penetrant inspection techniques and used in various industries including automotive. Instructions for use on the back. Can feels full and don’t know if ever was used. Spray nozzle looks clean and I did NOT test to see if it still works. Very good overall condition. Metal cap removes as normal. Paper label with minor wear from age and handling, but displays well. A few small scratches to the white metal as shown. No dents. Can measures about 5.5” high and 2 7/8” diameter.
