I bought a 2005 Nissan Murano here in November 2022 for my 82 yr old grandmother.  I waited a while to write a review to ensure I’d have no problems with the truck and I have not. We’ve done routine maintenance and with the exception of regular wear and tear of a vehicle that age, we’ve had NO problems. Oscar was patient and not pushy. I got good vibes when I came to the dealership that day and met another gentleman there who bought a car the same day; neither of us had been to H & R before.  Meeting him was divine intervention.  This purchase was worth the trip from Baltimore and I couldn’t beat this deal for under $5K for my grandma ❤️.  It had already passed VA state inspection so we had no issues with registration and tags in VA.  It didn’t pass MD state inspection, but that’s no reflection on this dealership .  I personally think MD just likes to get over and take people’s $$!!  This vehicle meets her needs and I am satisfied . I would buy here again and recommend the dealership.

My Best advice is "TAKE A MECHANIC WITH YOU". The only reason I gave 1star is because I thought Oscar was a friendly salesman  but the deal was worst. I don't intend to dismal every good comment on this company rating because  I may have been the  unlucky customer among the many. The 2011 Nissan maxima I purchased in February for $9,500 could not pass three different inspections each costing $125, all with the same problem that cost me additional $1,700 to get it through inspection. And within 3 months, battery dead and tires problem. HONESTY AND CUSTOMER MONEY VALUE SHOULD BE THE KEY IN THIS BUSINESS. I am repairing all these problems while still paying the financing. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED!!
I don't for once believe that your company does any inspection on these cars that you sell, otherwise 3 different inspection stations won't diagnosed the same problems on the car. Since I bought this car from your company, it has been one warning sign after another with repair cost after another while I am still paying for financing. This is my first time writing public review on company because I am so disappointed in this costly deal. Honesty goes a long way in business.

I bought a Toyota 4Runner from H&R auto. It is such a nice and easy car to drive. I was recommended by a friend who bought his car here also. I’m glad that I was not disappointed. Oscar is very professional I highly recommend H&R Auto please make sure to ask for Oscar!!!!

H&R Auto located in Arlington VA, has one of the best prices in town. Vehicles are low milage and services are great.  I just purchased a BMW X1 for my son, had a great experience with sales persons Oscar.  Highly recommended if you are looking for great price and LOW processing fees.

Locked my keys in my car at a gas station in Arlington. The service station owner where my car was at recommended H&R Auto to assist.  I went over the spoke with Rod, the owner, who was so nice and attentive.  He immediately came over and helped me.  I was only locked out of my car for five minutes.  While I am not sure they want a lot of business for vehicle lockouts, they were willing to go the extra mile to help a guy that wasn't going to buy a car from them.  Rod didn't want any money for this service.  He only asked me to "pay it forward".  That type of service is rare in today's society and as a result, I felt it appropriate to leave these kind words for him and H&R Auto.
